Shipping
-Items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS. Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.
-You will receive a tracking number for your shipment, via email, typically within 24-48 hours after shipment.
-Orders will normally be shipped out to you within 2-3 business days after you place your order. We package and ship from our facility in Blue Ridge, Georgia, Monday-Friday.
-We have a $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping charge. Orders in which $6.99 shipping is selected will ship the most cost efficient way, which means this will more than likely take longer to arrive than when you select priority shipping.
-Need your order fast? You can choose Priority Shipping for $9.99. These orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (whichever is expected to arrive faster!) Need it even faster than that? You can choose Express Shipping for $36.00. Express Shipping is typically 2-3 Day Shipping when you order Monday by noon -Thursday by noon, EST. Please note, Express Shipping orders WILL NOT arrive on weekends, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays. We strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that we have no control over USPS or UPS shipping times or delays and there are NO delivery time guarantees. -Due to large quantity of orders being processed, holidays, or bad weather at our warehouse your items may be shipped out up to 7 days after purchase.
-Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. To return an item, you can email us for a return label. If you choose to use our return label, we will deduct $5 from your online credit that you will be emailed once we received your returned item(s). If you would like to use your own return label, you will receive a credit for the full amount of the returned item(s).

-In the rare occurrence of a lost or stolen package Juliana's Boutique is NOT held responsible for refunding the amount of the order, or re-sending the items purchased in the order. We are unable to have control of your package once it has been shipped via USPS or UPS. We highly recommend contacting your local USPS/UPS office ASAP if your package is lost or stolen. The longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes for them to resolve the issue. We are more than happy to assist you in locating your package.
